Sleeng writes buyer-intent prompts for your category. You can add, edit, or remove them on the campaign's Prompts tab.

An advocate is the voice your drafts are written in: a name, a role, a short bio, and a promotion style (helpful, implicit, or explicit).

Each advocate connects to one Reddit account through the Chrome extension.

Mentioned means your brand name appears in the AI answer.

Cited means the answer links to your site, or to a source that talks about you. Cited is harder to earn and worth more.

ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, and Gemini. Settings shows which engines are active on your account.

No. Every draft type, including warmup replies, waits in Pending until you approve it.

You can edit the text before approving, or pass on a draft entirely.

Each Reddit thread gets a relevance score for your campaign. Only threads at or above your threshold get a draft.

Strict is 80%, Balanced is 70% (the default), Lenient is 60%. Change it in Settings.

Why the thread fits, the angle the comment takes, how it ties to your brand, and an honest read on whether it looks like promotion.

Approved doesn't mean posted today. A draft waits until your account's tier covers the subreddit's ban risk and today's posting limit has room.

The card tells you exactly what it's waiting for.

Days 1 and 2 are browse only. Posting starts on day 3 with one post a day and ramps to three by day 7, then five a day after that.

During warmup, only helpful replies post. Brand mentions start after day 7.

After warmup, once the account has 10 comment karma. Brand mentions are then capped at 10 to 15% of your posts over the last 7 days.

That keeps the account mostly helpful, which is what Reddit communities expect.

Start (0 karma), Newcomer (10 karma, 5 days), Contributor (50 karma, 21 days), Trusted (100 karma, 45 days), and Established (500 karma, 120 days).

From the subreddit's size, type, and rules: whether self-promotion is banned or limited, karma minimums, link rules, and how many rules there are.

Self-promotion rules only apply to comments that mention your brand, so helpful replies get a lower risk score in the same subreddit.

It posts the comments you approved, from your own Reddit account, at the time Sleeng scheduled. It also reports your karma, reads public subreddit rules for ban-risk scores, reads new posts in your target subreddits so Sleeng can find threads to reply to, and checks upvotes on the comments you posted.

It never upvotes, follows, joins, messages, or posts anything you didn't approve.

The extension checks before every post. If the account doesn't match the one you connected, it posts nothing.

Yes. Open the extension and tick Pause posting. Approved drafts stay in your queue until you turn it back on.

Yes. Every plan has a 14-day free trial. You add a card to start, and you won't be charged until the trial ends.
